The Hongkong Govt have decided that it is not desirable to reinlist him. They say he has no claim to do so as he has no right to Pension. He asks on what evidence he was dismissed, but on 9.5.97 it was decided not to send him the evidence in the case. The recommendations of the Executive Council in this case were that he should not be reinlisted and that he should not be given a Pension. Their recommendations were approved on 26.11.97.
